Food is flavorful. Paneer tikka masala was too sweet for my liking. Service is lackluster. All the staff seem like they aren't happy to be there. Ambiance is sad.

We went to Kirpa's 2 times and both times were just OK. The food was just OK, compared to other Indian restaurants and the portions were small for the price.

This restaurant is right off the highway on the west side of Hood River. The exterior is not terribly inviting. It looks like an old dive bar inside and out, and still has the long counter inside...

Kirpa's was such a great find. It is an unassuming and understated restaurant with a very relaxed atmosphere. Upon entering, the smells coming from the kitchen immediately whet our palates....
