Kate has been belly dancing since 2008, but didn't start her business until 2017. Named a rising star in the belly dance community, she performs regularly at restaurants and events in the Pacific NW area and now is teaching beginning belly dance classes at Znama Studio in Portland.

Kate specializes in teaching and performing Egyptian Oriental style belly dance. The essence of Egyptian Belly Dance is to savor life, fully. Kate Soleil guides you to relish your feminine identity in an inclusive community welcoming all. Kate focuses specifically on creative expression, classic and modern technique, and cultural competency. Currently Kate teaches group beginner and advanced beginner belly dance classes at Znama Studio in Portland, OR. She also teaches private lessons for individuals and groups.
