We had an unfortunate encounter with one of Kara's employees when trying to return an item. She learned of it and immediately called to remedy the situation, restoring our trust in the store....

Nice kitchen store, too bad it has the old "grumpy" lady salesperson that makes you just want to leave and shop elsewhere!! They obviously don't need your money.

Staff was very helpful. Great variety. My husband and I both able to find new teas. Awesome selection of olive oils and vinegars. Thank you ladies.
