Joe's Cellar, located at 1338 Northwest 21st Avenue in Portland, Oregon, is a beloved neighborhood dive bar and local hangout that has been a staple of the community since the 1940s. After being closed down by the City of Portland in 2013 due to structural issues, the building was repaired and reopened on August 2, 2013, thanks to the efforts of C.E. John Company, Inc. and James E. John Construction Company.
