Service was rushed and they didn't tighten my oil filter. It backed off and leaked out over the engine. I was all the way in the Bay area before I discovered it ( about 700 miles)

A cup of oil was left under the hood!! Drove up to sunny valley with oil spraying all over my engine belts and in the alternator!! went back and they did a half ass job cleaning it up cost me 150.00

I came in today 5/1/25 for an oil change, and had a coupon for 50% off. Said it was for conventional oil only but there was a separate coupon for that specifically so only gave me $26 off $79 oil...

I love Jiffy Lube, never had a problem. But this particular store lies and upsell's as much as possible. When I arrived I asked him "please just change the oil" I went in for a minute and came out...

BEWARE OF SCAMS. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU TO TRY TO UPSELL. I am extremely disappointed with Jiffy Lube. If I could give negative stars I would... Rest assured, they will never see a cent of my money...
