You know it's a lucky place to buy Oregon Lottery tickets when the staff remember you each time you pop by. The WORD OF THE DAY is a nice touch. A classy joint in our corner of the rose city.

Friendly staff. My annoyance is they charge you .50 to use a card no matter how much money you spend and they don't show it on the screen when they ring you up which is shady.
