It's impossible to receive a live person to speak with. Instead of allowing customers to drop off boxes to be shred you will be directed to work with one of its partners. This business model...

Most likely one of the worse companies out there. We have been trying for 12 years for them to correct our business name....which should tell you something. Bins are smaller than what you think...
