Integrative Medicine is about combining modern medicine (medications usually) with treatments that have been proven to be safe and effective with research. Use of specific vitamins and supplements are at the core of improving brain function, and we will work with you on other means of improving brain health by improving the quality of you sleep, and helping you develop habits that support good brain health. We refer patients as needed to psychologists, mental health therapists and counselors. We will help you identify someone that is a good match.
