The Oregon Property Owners Association (OPOA), led by President Dave Hunnicutt, is dedicated to advocating for the rights of property owners across Oregon, both urban and rural. With nearly 25 years of experience, Hunnicutt has successfully represented property owners in the legislature and courts, focusing on various aspects of real property law, including land use, environmental regulations, and resolving title disputes.

Since its inception, OPOA has been instrumental in enacting over 60 laws aimed at protecting property rights in Oregon.
