Dr. Dunham is a fellowship trained breast surgical oncologist specializing in the surgical management of breast cancer and benign breast disease. She has advanced expertise in oncoplastic techniques in addition to skin and nipple sparing mastectomies. Her approach to care is very collaborative. She takes the time to help her patients understand what is happening so they can be comfortable and an active part of decision making. She believes strongly that there is not a formula in cancer care. The interpersonal experience is essential to care and ultimately healing.

Dr. Andersen is a medical oncologist and Co-Director of Compass Breast Specialists. He has advanced subspecialty expertise in breast cancer, gastrointestinal and lung cancers. Because he believes better outcomes are achieved when patients understand and embrace their care, his practice philosophy is education-based and very collaborative. During consultation, he explains his patientsa' diagnosis, their disease stage, the standard of care based on the data, and whether special circumstances exist to deviate from the standard of care. His patients love the handouts and diagrams he provides and often comment on his ability to present complex issues in an understandable way.
