Had a bad experience here with Cynthia. I dropped my taxes off with more than enough time to meet the deadline, but Cynthia had a family emergency and did not finish them -- after hearing nothing...

Extremely disappointed. My mother in law & father in law both passed in 2015 and we were obligated to file their final tax filings. Using the convenience of H&R BLOCK seemed like an easy solution....
