Owner/operator Steve Blaha started doing home inspections as a way to market his construction knowledge. His experience as a Portland area remodeling contractor since 1996 has given him the hands on knowledge that can't be learned from text books or the internet.

You will see your new home through the eyes of an independent professional who is thoughtful, yet unemotional about the property he is viewing. The data collected is first verbally summarized to you, and then sent to you in a digital report complete with checklists of key items and annotated photos. Our clients find our reports both very thorough and easy to navigate. You can use your report when negotiating with the sellers and explaining your needs to contractors. Long term, you can use your report as a punch list of items to fix-up and monitor. We spend hours climbing and crawling around your home collecting data.
