History
After graduating East-West College of The Healing Arts in Portland Oregon, owner Erika Lambert returned to her hometown to provide therapeutic treatments for the community she loves so dearly. Helping Kneads has had a few different office spaces in the town, but is currently nestled right downtown on Court Ave off of SE 1st ST and Main Street. (Across from Hamley's Coffee Shop next door to The Hair Hut.) Helping Kneads started with general Swedish and Deep tissue work, but has continued to grow into a therapeutic work for every circumstance. Finally able to bill insurance being accepted as a medical treatment therapy.
