I graduated from Oregon School of Massage in 2006 and have been in private practice since then. Additionally, I have completed a 500 hour program in Mindfulness therapy and 100 hour program for Trauma Touch Therapy. I am located in Milwaukie, Oregon.

Specialties

I offer therapeutic massage catered to your specific needs, whether it be total relaxation or relief from tense, sore muscles. I have experience in traditional Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release as well as Craniosacral therapy. I also offer Trauma Touch Therapy. This is a body-centered approach that allows clients who have suffered from trauma to reconnect with their bodies and to re-establish healthy boundaries with support and guidance in order to lead a more fulfilling life.
