I am honored to offer an embodied approach to wellness, deepening your relationship to mind, body, and spirit through integrative bodywork. My approach is intuitive and informed--each session uniquely co-created with you for your maximum benefit. I practice a grounding, relaxing, and effective combination of bodywork modalities, incorporating Swedish, Shiatsu, CranioSacral, myofascial, deep tissue, and lymphatic massage to address imbalances, free restrictions, and encourage deep and lasting connection to your body and its magic
