The older lady at the front desk was exceptionally rude... when she couldn't hear us or the phone because their bird in the lobby was being loud, she yelled at our children for provoking the bird...

Warm friendly staff who really get to know the animals staying with them. Clean and well equipped premises.

Just adopted a dog who looks like his nails hadn't been trimmed for at least 6 months. They did a great job and were very loving and careful with him. This is where I will be taking him from now on.

Our dog was so happy with them, he had to make the rounds to say goodbye to everyone twice before we left.
