Fourteen years ago I opened Hip Chicks Salon in Redmond, Oregon. I am very happy to have opened a second Hip Chicks West in Downtown Albany in the Historical Flinn Building. My salon is located right next to Brick & Morter Cafe, Tin Roof Boutique, First Burger, Sweet Red's and many more great eateries and shops!
