I have been doing Permanent Makeup since 2008. I moved to Central Oregon in 2013 and established Gypsy Girl Permanent Makeup and Hair Design. I also have been a hairstylist for over 30 years. I am an independent contractor working inside Stiletto Salon in Bend Oregon.
