We offer group classes, PT, and group support. We have two fully equipped rooms, one a circuit room with machines another a open space with free weights and more. We are home to the Prom Dress Exchange closet. We hold fitness events, clothing exchanges and overall a fun place for women to come connect, workout and enjoy all we have to offer! Owner Shayla Carpenter is also a Independent Damsel Pro and sells a line of safety and protection products such as stun guns, peppersprays, personal alarms and more!
