I have been an Oregon Licensed Massage Therapist since 2011. I received an excellent education from what is considered the top massage school in Oregon, East West College located in Portland. I have experience in various environments from Events to Spa to a Chiropractic Offices.

As an Oregon Licensed Massage Therapist (#18432) I specialize in treatment based, medical massage, sports massage, and rehab and recovery massage. I blend a variety of approaches and techniques, such as, Myofacial Release, Neuromuscular Facilitation , Neuromuscular Re-education, Active Release, Facilitated Stretching, Musclular Mobilization, Myofascial Mobilization, and Dynamic Release. The Goal is to increase; mobility, functionality, and performance, and to decrease; pain, muscular and myofascial restriction, chronic tension, tightness, numbness and tingling.
