The Grand Floral Parade is a cherished annual tradition of the Portland Rose Festival, drawing hundreds of thousands of spectators of all ages. This spectacular procession showcases a colorful array of local, regional, and international communities, featuring traditional all-floral floats and unique mini-floats. With the participation of bands, equestrian units, marching groups, drill teams, vintage vehicles, dancers, llamas, and more, the parade offers something for everyone to enjoy.
This year, the Grand Floral Parade will make history by welcoming the legendary World War II Rosie the Riveters as Grand Marshals. In addition to the parade, the festival will host the annual American Rosie the Riveter Association Convention, bringing together World War II Rosies from across the nation to honor their vital role in the war effort. Parade guests can choose to watch from reserved indoor seats inside Veterans Memorial Coliseum, offering a comfortable and secure viewing experience, or from the street along the parade route, which includes the newest portion on Lloyd Blvd.

1 hour parade that was stretched out to 2. Way too much space between participants spent most of the time waiting for the next float. floats are nothing like advertised maybe 2-3 actual floats....
