Dr. Manfred P. Ritter is a board-certified general surgeon practicing in Seaside, OR. His area of expertise is general surgery, including endoscopy; surgery for gall bladder, hernia, colon and rectal conditions; and advanced minimally invasive surgery of the entire gastrointestinal tract.
