Garcias Taqueria was a great food cart to visit. My carnitas burrito was spot on and the horchata was delicious as well. I took my food and beverage to go but there are a few places to sit....

You need to come for delicious and cheap $3 tacos! The service is fast and on a nice day, there is outdoor sitting as well.

After a great deal of research, I have found the best fish tacos & taco salad in Portland. They grill the onions for the taco & it makes a world of difference. I need to try everything else...

The sweet strawberry treat gave my daughter food poisoning less then 24hrs after eating. We won't be returning. Nice customer service though.
