History

I started my piano technician career apprenticeship in 1973. I was fortunate to have access to the top rebuilder in the Portland area, Delwin Fandrich, R.P.T. He taught me well. My tuning mentor, Jerry Hermans, R.P.T. gave me the tuning skills I needed. I must credit the Piano Technician's Guild for many of the excellent conferences that offered so much additional knowledge. The combination of rebuilding and tuning skills that I have gained over the years has made me a full service technician. I enjoy my work. I work 6 days a week. I affiliate with other Craftsmen such as Refinishers who will perform their services to the level of excellence I expect for my clients. Customer satisfaction is my main goal.
