This place is amazing. Great food and great service. My go to for lunch or dinner in downtown Portland. Give them a try, it is worth it. It is a great little food cart.

Ignore the one star. This place is awesome. Owner is super friendly - wants you to eat before you pay and offers samples of his other dishes. And the food is amazing. Will come again

Okay so listen Linda. We eat lots of Mexican food and this place is legit amazing. Chips and salsa is great, soup as wow good! Authentic and great service. Definitely recommend coming here.
