we are located on Coburg Rd. conveniently close to shopping, restaurants, I-5 entrance, and schools. Our complex includes apartments that are one, two and three bedrooms both townhome style and flats! Prices start at $950 and go up to $1350. Our deposit amounts are $400, $800 and $1600 and will be based on the results of the screening. You will appreciate the lovely amenities we offer, a seasonal heated pool, on-site manager and maintenance, beautifully landscaped grounds, half court asphalt basketball court, community room with a 55-inch TV and cable, and a 24-hour fitness room. If i could give a zero, i would. The management here is terrible, Jennifer is not accommodating whatsoever and acts like a robot. This is a corporate nightmare so don't think for a second you...
