History

We bought an historic building in Prineville, Oregon. Once it was renovated we decided that the perfect use for the building would be a distillery tasting room for our Central Oregon branded whiskey. Since Prineville was lacking a cool comfortable space in which to hang out and have a good cup of coffee, it was a natural addition to incorporate a coffee bar to compliment our whiskey service. Foundry Four Coffee + Whiskey was born.
