History

The Flavor Container is the first live exhibition of Viowiess Co's 3D-printed building designs. The container is now open to the general public as a functional micro-kitchen concept that will soon feature 3D printed walls, fixtures, and various other additive design concepts. Explore the adjacent urban garden that grows a portion of the fresh ingredients used in our seasonal menus. Taste the mint, check out our newly established aquaponics pot, or take a stroll to Mills-Kiwanis park after enjoying a cold treat.

Specialties

We make small batch sorbets and ice-creams fresh daily. 6 regular flavors and 1-2 rotating specials of both dairy and dairy-free options served with a seasonal selection of fresh fruit. All desserts are made from scratch on-site. We avoid preservatives and artificial ingredients in all our creations.
