History

I was first certified as a Professional Life Coach in 2010 through Fowler Wainwright International, while I was still anchored in my corporate career. I was drawn to Bastyr University in the fall of 2012 where I discovered an amazing hypnotherapy certification program. By the end the year, I was a Certified Hypnotherapist through the National Guild of Hypnotists and the International Hypnosis Association. I'm also getting a second Certified Professional Coach credential through the Baraka Institute and working toward my IHA Certification as a Past Life Regression Specialist. Most recently I received my Reiki I, II, and Animal Reiki certificates from Reiki Master/Teacher, Kelly Glab, of One Light Healing in Seattle, WA. What sets me apart from others is that I believe YOU already have the inherent wisdom inside you to the create life you were meant to. I simply hold the space.
