Moved in last month and haven't had an issue. The ladies in the office are nice and get on top of things. No nosey neighbors so that's a plus.

Just wow.. place sucks. Don't keep their word with anything.. management has changed 4-5 times in less than a year and a half. Too expensive for the amenities and bunch of riff raff moving in....

Office is always closed but managers are there. Suck at helping residents!!! This place needs new managers

Love living here! Been here since December. Walking trail head to Salish Ponds, take my dog over to the middle school to run her. Dog wash station, gym and sauna :)
