Fed ex is the worst, I would never use them but when you buy something you don't have a choice. My package has been all over the west coast twice now. With in a mile of my house 3 times.

They lose packages and when you try to talk to customer service, they tell you to wait for it to be delivered in 24 hours if not contact them again. For a week I have done this and still no answer...
