History

FeastFit began when creator and chef Jacob Jones was in the middle of a fitness program that required 8-12 hours per week of meal planning, shopping and preparation. Combining his experience in emergency medicine and the service industry he began to scale up and deliver precooked and packaged meals to busy individuals that weren't able to devote the same resources to their own health.
