University Fertility Consultants is a health care facility that offers a range of infertility treatment programs for individuals of all ages. It provides treatment solutions for patients with endometriosis, genetic disorders, insufficient sperm, uterine fibroids, ovulatory problems, pelvic adhesions, menstrual irregularity and blocked fallopian tubes. The center specializes in the areas of andrology, embryology, hormone assay and intrauterine insemination. It offers semen analysis, embryo cryopreservation, sperm banking, in vitro fertilization and reproductive surgical services. The center additionally provides diagnostic, physical examination, sonography, health evaluation, treatment planning, psychological counseling, stress testing and therapeutic consulting services. It is a member of the IntegraMed Network of Infertility. The center is a part of Oregon Health & Sciences University, which was established in 1887 and is one of the leading health and research universities in the United States. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in older adults and their families. I am currently in private practice, providing counseling and care coordination to individuals and families. I practice from a person-centered approach, with dignity and respect for the individual and their choices. I provide support, guidance, and advocacy to my clients and their families, often times during crisis and confusion. With 10 years experience in long-term care, I am uniquely suited to serve this population with the specialized knowledge that is needed to guide my clients. I am first and foremost a listener; by being attune with what my clients are after, I am able to serve them with compassion, warmth, and kindness.
