Sensei Chris began studying martial arts as a child and is a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Chinese kempo karate. He is constantly updating his martial arts & fitness training to help you be able to reach your personal goals. In addition to being a skilled martial artist Chris is ACE certified with over 15 years of fitness coaching experience. He excels at coaching and motivating children and adults through his enthusiasm for the martial art and fitness and by personally investing time to find out what motivates each student.
