Falling Sky Brewing House

First, in January 2012 we opened Falling Sky Brewing House and Pub where we brew all our beer on site. Next, in July 2013 came the Pour House Delicatessen- a true NW Deli (and beer…always the beer.) Finally, in June 2016 the trifecta was completed and we opened the Pizzeria & Public House on campus at the University of Oregon, where our beer reaches its final test does it taste good with pizza? (It does!) We handcraft just about everything we serve. We‘re a collaboration of makers, brewers, farmers, ranchers, cooks, bartenders and foodies. LET IT POUR!
