They are always running late. No matter what time of day I go. Easily every appt I go to takes a minimum of 2 hours because of how slow they are. I switched eye drs because of this.

Avoid Betsy MDowell. She will sit with her back to you and misname your symptoms multiple times even if you speak slowly and clearly. Find someone who actually seems like they might care about you.
