I want my clients to feel empowered and educated about their bodies and inspired to invest in their wellness. I believe in a strong therapeutic match between practitioner and client. The work should feel successful and help to maintain the ability to do all you wish with the body you have. I will meet you where you are whatever body shape or chosen activity level. Each individual must realize that recovery and maintenance will increase with client participation. I will give you the tools for self-care and will be a resource for any referrals or questions you have about the issues that come up for you and your body. We will work as a team to find and maintain your wellness.
