Rented bikes here for the bridge pedal! Easy pick up, they'll adjust your bike for you. I had a great bike for the 20 miles, no problems! Helmet is included but I brought mine! Definitely renting...

There were no tours offered, but the owner came out and told us where there was a nearby shop that offered tours. If it's just me in Portland vs. a group, I'll absolutely go use them!
