History
The ELCI was first established in Monmouth, Oregon in 1986. Over the last 30 years, it has helped many international students from all over the world to succeed in American high schools and universities. Thanks to the support of our partners and our students, we were able to open our second center in Albany, Oregon in 2012 on the campus of Linn-Benton Community College.
Specialties
The English Language and Culture Institute is an English language school the specializes in teaching English through small class sizes and cultural immersion. ELCI has free weekly activities for students every Friday and free one-on-one tutoring.
