At the Providence Spine Center on Portland’s east side, we take a conservative approach to spine care with the goal of minimal intervention and offer both non-surgical and surgical treatment options. Non-surgical treatments may include physical therapy, pain education classes, pain relieving injections and acupuncture.

Eric I. Friedman is a board-certified general surgeon in Seaside, OR specializing in breast cancer, skin cancer and colon cancer. In his practice, Dr. Friedman emphasizes individual treatment plans that take into account all relevant personal and social factors, not just the medical issue. In addition, Dr. Friedman's philosophy of care includes compassionate, patient oriented and personal cancer care to patients.

Dr. Cody J. Paiva is a board-certified internal medicine provider. Dr. Paiva is dedicated to providing innovative medical services in a caring and professional atmosphere.
