Unlike a lot of real estate software available HomeQuest was created by an active real estate agent. The goal was to solve some fundamental issues that real estate professionals face as well as provide a compelling way for clients to interact with property and other local information. In the beginning our main focus was a map based property search. People are connected to places and communities as much as they are connected to the type of home they are looking for. The search interface we created provides clients an intuitive resource to explore a community and find a place to live ' not just a home. As agents, we also needed to solve some problems of our own. Its not always easy to stay on top of things, especially when you have several clients. We develop our applications to help agents keep in touch with their clients via email, client activity tracking, and a lead management system. We also realize that agents have more than property information to offer a prospective home buyer. To facilitate this, we offer WordPress websites. WordPress is an excellent content manager that makes it easy for an agent to show their expertise ' whether it be modern homes or the local scene. Our products continue to evolve. There are more map based searches these days, and there will be more and more WordPress based solutions.
