Update: We were treated to a back to school breakfast by our PTA and they bought bagel sandwiches, muffins, bagels and coffee from this location. Everything was really good and a hit with the staff.

Update: my work colleague went back to the store and showed them pictures of my bagel and the manager made another one as well as including the muffins that were missing. So issue was resolved...
