Hmmmm it says new owners, maybe they shouldn't have advertised that, because it seems to have gotten worse compared to the reviews for the former "Mulan". I feel so torn about how to review this...

This used to be the Mulan Chinese Restaurant but it changed owners November 2010. This is the restaurant that's right next to the Shiloh Inn. We went on a Friday evening and the place was dead....
