Called them requesting a new PVR with new service. They told me the PVR had a certain cable hookup that I needed. When it turned out that the PVR did not have that cable hookup that the sales...

Seriously would give ZERO stars if possible! Service is horrible. And customer service is just as bad! When your internet goes out they don't care! Since they don't actually provide the service...

There is no customer service once you sign up. Any issues you have to wait on hold for well over 30 minutes only to get disconnected and start again. There option to contact online is disabled....
