John Dinges Landscape Co provides a well-rounded landscape program. We are state licensed, bonded and insured landscape contractors. We have expertise in all phases of landscape construction: Often the homeowner needs help with individual phases of his project. John Dinges Landscape Co will gladly do part of the work for the homeowner and we help direct the homeowner in completing the balance of the project. John Dinges Landscape Co is equipped to handle the entire project from start to finish for the homeowner that prefers compete professional installation. John Dinges Landscape Co design service has been developed to help the homeowner lay out his landscape needs in plan form. The final plan will be a blueprint completely labeled including all plant names. The designer will then work on the site layout and get together with the client within two weeks. After this preliminary plan is completed to the satisfaction of the client, a finished blueprint will be made and presented to them. The cost of our design service is to be paid when the finished design is presented. The fee is $85 for all sites to a maximum area (including house and drive) of 10, 000 square feet. If the client wantes to provide us with a plot plan, we will reduce the fee to $70. For sites of a larger size, the designer will quote any additional charges at the first meeting. If John Dinges Landscaping Co installs your landscaping, weill will not charge for the plans. If we supply plants or materials, we will reduce the cost of the design.
