History

The business started when I took over a practice of a retiring CPA. Most of the clients were in their golden years. Which meant I needed to work at growing the practice before they passed on. Over the years the practice grew primarily from existing client referrals. In 2006 I moved my office to a pie shaped former dental office on Hall Blvd.

Specialties

I provide tax preparation and tax planning for individuals and small business's. I prepare every return as if it was my own to ensure you are paying the least amount of tax. I consult with people in choosing the right entity to conduct their business. Be it an S Corp, a C Corp or a LLC, I discuss the pros and cons of each. I like to stay as simple as possible. In other words, I like to keep the paperwork to a minimum. I also prepare trust and estate returns.
