History

Daniel's own experience with acupuncture and herbalism began when, somewhat skeptically, he sought treatment for a knee injury from martial arts. The day after his first treatment, the swelling was gone, and the pain disappeared shortly afterward. It worked so well that he decided to learn more about this powerful medicine. Having always felt an affinity with the natural world, Daniel was impressed to discover that the majority of Chinese medicine is based upon close observation of nature. It was then that he decided to dedicate himself to learning, practicing, and helping as many people as possible with acupuncture and herbs. Daniel studied at Yo San University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Los Angeles and Southwest Acupuncture College in Boulder, Colorado. He has had a thriving clinical practice since graduating in 2007, in North Platte, Nebraska, and Portland, Oregon, where he has treated and healed patients of a wide variety of health concerns, from acne to injuries.
