Cyan has taken over a month to repair a broken refrigerator which is considered an essential appliance. It is STILL not fixed! This should have been replaced within a week! They do not care about...

I really enjoy living here. All the residents are wonderful, the staff are helpful, the location is amazing, and the dog run is priceless.
