About Creekside Counseling Creekside Counseling Inc was established in April of 1990 by its founder and Executive Director Michael L. Laharty M.S. C.D.S. III. Creekside's design was based on 13 years of experience in Mental Health and Chemical Dependency treatment. This experience included County, State, Federal and Private sectors, Outpatient, Intensive Outpatient, Residential and Inpatient settings. Creekside is located in South Salem on the banks of Clark Creek and is housed in one of the original homesteads in this area. Patients report enjoying the relaxed home like atmosphere and natural landscaping dominated by native plants.
