Founded in 1960, Community Music Center Inc. is an all-volunteer organization that raises money year-round to increase access to music education. It provides access through scholarships and tuition subsidy, instrument rentals to students, free or low-cost concerts and more. It also provides the vital financial and leadership support required to ensure the continuation of this Portland Parks and Recreation program. The firm is also a part of the National Guild of Community Schools of the Arts.

In town on business and really wanted to practice piano. Walked right in to 2 available pianos. Make sure you donate some $ before you leave as they are providing a great public service.
